Smooth abstract resin and sandstone human figure ornament — handcrafted old-style craft, in natural or gold finish, 6 style variants, eco-friendly non-toxic resin with sand texture, for desk, home, office, and café display. By Silo Stone Home.
The abstract human figure in resin and sandstone occupies a specific corner of the contemporary decorative object market: it is a piece that references the formal tradition of figurative sculpture while departing from it in material and surface. The sandstone texture — achieved through the mixing of mineral aggregate into the resin base — creates a surface that reads as genuinely material rather than plastic: warm to the eye, granular in its surface quality, with the kind of irregularity that signals hand process. The old-style craft execution means that variations between pieces are part of the character of the object, not a deficiency. Available in natural sandstone and gold versions, in six style variants, allowing for a considered collection of related objects across a single surface. Eco-friendly, non-toxic, and with no odour. Works in Wabi-Sabi, contemporary art-inflected, Nordic, and design studio interiors where the decorative object is chosen for material authenticity.
