Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. A dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking reference will be sent once your order has been fulfilled.

Delivery Timeframes

We ship exclusively within Australia. Once dispatched, please allow 7–14 business days for delivery depending on your location. Remote or regional areas may require additional transit time.

Tracked Shipping

Every Silo Stone Home order is dispatched via a fully tracked logistics service. Your tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

Cargo Insurance

All shipments are fully covered by end-to-end cargo insurance from the moment your order leaves our fulfilment centre until it is delivered to your nominated address. In the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit, please contact our support team immediately at support@silostonehome.com and we will initiate a claim and resolution on your behalf.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery postcode. All applicable fees are clearly displayed before payment confirmation.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of placing your order. Silo Stone Home cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly submitted address. Contact us immediately at support@silostonehome.com if you identify an error — we will do our best to amend prior to dispatch.
