Return Eligibility Window
You have 30 days from the date of confirmed carrier delivery to initiate a return request. Requests submitted after this window cannot be accepted. The delivery date is determined by the tracking confirmation recorded by your carrier.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions without exception:
- The item must be completely unused and in its original, unaltered condition.
- The item must be free from damage, marks, or signs of use of any kind.
- The item must be returned in its original manufacturer packaging, including all protective materials, inserts, and accompanying documentation.
- Items that have been assembled, modified, or used in any capacity are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at support@silostonehome.com within your 30-day eligibility window. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, a brief description of your reason, and photographic evidence of the item’s current condition and packaging. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return authorisation instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrectly fulfilled. We strongly recommend returning items via a tracked and insured postal service, as Silo Stone Home cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrectly fulfilled, contact us at support@silostonehome.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned outside the 30-day window
- Items showing evidence of use, assembly, or alteration
- Items not in original manufacturer packaging
- Final sale or clearance items (where clearly noted at point of purchase)
