Black walnut and resin rectangular serving tray — mild luxury retro solid wood tea and fruit tray in 29cm square or 36cm square, available in transparent or blue resin finish. By Silo Stone Home.
The combination of black walnut timber and resin in a serving tray produces something neither material achieves alone: the warmth and grain of solid wood with a surface sealed by resin against moisture and staining. The result is a piece that actually functions for its intended purpose — fruit, tea service, or cocktail display — without the anxiety of a purely decorative object. The mild luxury retro positioning is deliberately considered: these trays work as well in a hospitality setting as they do on a home coffee table. The transparent resin version allows the walnut grain to read fully; the blue resin introduces a subtle tonal depth that pairs with stone, linen, and natural ceramic in Japandi and coastal interiors.
